I used to fear dentist appointments until I found Dentistry on Erb. The dentist is gentle, friendly and explains everything. Shelly is amazing and I look forward to my teeth cleanings with her. This is the only dentist's office I have gone to where my cleanings have been painless. Ramona and the reception staff are always welcoming and friendly. I've been to many dentists over the years and these guys rank among the top 2 or 3. Polite and friendly from the front desk to the rest of the staff, they are easily the most caring dental team I have experienced. I really appreciate that the staff take the time to explain what they are doing and continually ask how you are feeling throughout the treatment. If you are looking for a dentist in Waterloo, I think you would find it difficult to do better than these professionals. Five stars, no question.
